• This assessment yields a percentile score for the Manufacturing Operations Index. The scale is useful for predicting a variety of “blue collar” roles in manufacturing operations including product manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse operations. It targets success attributes of conscientiousness, teamwork, initiative, and problem solving. It was developed in a criterion-related validation study among several hundred employees in a variety of manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Canada.
