This assessment yields percentile scores on two scales and is suitable for use in selecting a wide range of managerial, professional, and technical positions in Europe.
  • The Leadership/Drive for Results Index targets success attributes of leadership, initiative, problem solving, and communication. It is applicable to a wide variety of managerial and professional jobs in marketing, sales, manufacturing, finance, accounting, information technology, and others. Originally developed in a criterion-related validation study of managers and professionals in France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom, it was later refined for use throughout Western and Eastern Europe.

  • Technical Innovation Index targets three attributes (motivation, curiosity, persistence) that distinguish engineers and scientists who have succeed in producing major scientific and technical breakthroughs that resulted in the development of innovative products. The Technical Innovation Scale is based upon a criterion-related validation study comprised of 600 research and development scientists in the United States and been found to predict job performance in research and development scientists in Europe and Asia.
