Public Service Commission of Canada Online Tests En Ligne
pan has been awarded a multi-year contract through NAFTA to design, develop and host the on-line testing system for the Public Service Commission of Canada. This solution replaces the current paper and pencil system of testing and is estimated to have a long-term return-on-investment of 57% over the existing method. The online system is used to screen subjects applying for Governmental positions, administer second language examinations to current employees, conduct 360° feedback surveys, and collect assessment center simulation test ratings. Testing is conducted within proctored testing centers, including small PC "centers" within foreign embassies. To date, pan has developed 17 tests while simultaneously creating an on-line Testing Service with the look and feel of the official Canadian federal web site, all of which are in both Canadian French and English. Professionals at pan have also co-presented with our Canadian colleagues at multiple professional conferences including the International Public Management Association Assessment Council (IPMAAC) and the Association of Test Publishers (ATP).
