Console is a web-based system for the management of personnel recruitment that provides human resource and hiring managers with +Real Time Review of candidates advancing through the various steps of the recruitment, selection, hiring, and training process.

Vita consultants configure the work and data flow required for your optimal selection and hiring system. From this model, Vita creates a dynamic database system that automatically updates Console as a candidate’s status changes.

This data flow may include standard Vita content and tools (“Panels”) as well as dynamic access to information from customer or third party providers of such services as medical exams, drug screening, background reviews, and interviews. Console can be configured to reflect nearly any multi-tiered hiring or training progression – whatever steps the customer needs to use to evaluate candidates or track employee development.

Embedded analytics allow for quick-yet-thorough analysis of hiring and talent trends, legal compliance, and return-on-investment. Custom analytic reporting is available.

Console allows maximum information access for authorized users. Role-based security allows customers to differentially control data access in Console for various classes of users, including "read-only" status.
