Performance Assessment Network, Inc. (“pan”) announced a strategic market agreement with SHL, Ltd. this month. pan, the global leader in web based assessment technology, will now offer an array of SHL assessment inventories as part of its testing and assessment distribution network in the Americas.
pan will market SHL assessments and reports to pan’s already-established and growing network of customers. One of these assessments, the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ), was often requested by pan customers. Versions exist to assess directors and senior managers, administrative staff, technical workers, call center staff, and sales. Reports provide information on leadership potential, learning styles, motivation, team compatibility, emotional intelligence, and many other elements related to success in an organization.
